This page describes data collected through the Rubber AI early-access website at rubber.name.ng. It does not describe the future desktop product.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and consent acknowledgement. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your first name, role, intended use and a question for the Rubber team. We store referral attribution, signup source, status and timestamps needed to operate the list.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate early access, send product or invitation updates, understand intended use, respond to questions where appropriate and attribute successful referrals. We do not display the waitlist publicly.

Service provider

Waitlist data is stored using Supabase. Basic hosting and security logs may also be processed by the website hosting provider when deployed.

Before production launch

TODO for the Rubber team: add the applicable legal entity/controller name, jurisdiction-specific rights, retention period and any required international-transfer or cookie disclosures before collecting production signups.
